Sheraton Hotel Esenyurt

Due to the dense urban fabric of the region, vertical architecture was preferred in the design of the project. A linear façade design was chosen to highlight the tower structure, which has become a landmark in the region due to its magnificent form and size.

The façade, the most important element in the building's dialogue with its surroundings, is in harmony with the existing structures in the area through its material choices, and aims to ensure energy efficiency by designing its relationship with the sun.

Adopting the grid design aesthetic, the project was conceived with the approach of setting a modern precedent for luxury accommodation architecture by combining the concepts of a hotel and branded residences. In addition to spaces serving accommodation programs, the project also includes retail areas. To offer new commercial spaces in its current location, the project also incorporates leasable commercial units with external access.
