Aquatoria Residence
Aquatoria Residence is a high-end residential and commercial complex located on the banks of the Volga River in Moscow, offering a contemporary lifestyle immersed in nature, yet distanced from the dense fabric of the city.
The project's unique positioning on a green podium defines its architectural narrative, with the natural topography—particularly the elevation difference between the city-facing entrance and the riverside—playing a central role in shaping the site strategy.
The two-tiered platform is articulated at different levels, accommodating public amenities such as retail spaces, a fitness center, a restaurant, and a café, all designed to serve residents while taking advantage of the site’s height variations. The complex comprises four residential towers and two office towers arranged in a staggered formation, ensuring optimal river views from each structure.

The architectural composition is defined by a contrast between circular tower masses positioned in the foreground and lower, horizontally oriented rectangular volumes set in the background. To enhance natural daylight and visually extend the green surroundings into the built environment, the design integrates long, narrow openings that facilitate both light penetration and visual continuity with the landscape.
