Öztek Headquarters

The renovation of Öztek Holding’s headquarters in Kağıthane focused on creating a strong spatial identity that balances client impression with employee comfort. 

The design integrates biophilic elements, particularly a vibrant green installation in the entrance gallery, enhancing the spatial experience and fostering well-being.

Tailored modular units were developed to display the company’s own textile collections, reinforcing brand identity within the interior. Lighting was a key design component—customized to function and atmosphere—while the exterior landscape and lighting were redesigned in harmony with the interior concept. Spanning 25,000 m², the renovation was completed over two years in 2021.
