Shortlisted at the INSIDE World Festival of Interiors 2022, the project blends Mediterranean architecture with premium living spaces to offer a serene holiday experience in Bodrum’s tranquil Aspat Bay.
Embracing the qualities of a mixed-use development, it invites both local and international visitors to momentarily step away from the pace of daily life. Situated in a quiet bay overlooking the Greek island of Kos, the hotel features 80 rooms and suites, an all-day dining restaurant, a lobby bar, and four meeting rooms catering to the business world.
With a 400-meter-long coastline and a small inner harbor, the design establishes a strong connection to the sea. The integration of Mediterranean architectural elements with generous shared open spaces and the inner harbor contributes to the project's calming atmosphere. Developed in the aftermath of the pandemic, the project places a strong emphasis on supporting both mental and physical well-being—a key consideration in the design approach.
The interior concept is also shaped by a deep respect for the region’s cultural and natural heritage. Locally sourced natural materials are used throughout, focusing on understated yet high-quality finishes that enrich the sensory experience—reflecting a contemporary interpretation of luxury.
