Poklonnaya Residence
Located in the historical center of Moscow and distinguished by its modern architecture, Poklonnaya Residence combines residential and hotel functions within a single, elegant structure.
With its prime location and striking silhouette, the project seamlessly integrates luxury and comfort into a contemporary and original architectural vision. To meet a variety of tastes and flexible living needs, the design offers alternative typologies and interior styles, each meticulously planned down to the finest detail.
These styles are categorized under three main themes: minimalist, classical, and industrial. The minimalist style brings together geometric forms and clean, modern lines to create a sense of calm sophistication. In contrast, the classical style evokes timeless elegance through the use of refined materials such as brass and cut glass, accompanied by the warm ambiance of a stylish fireplace. The industrial style, most clearly expressed in loft-type layouts, features bold, masculine materials like metal, wood, concrete, and brick—creating a raw yet artistic atmosphere.

Art becomes the common thread that ties all typologies together, adding a unique identity to each space. Balancing spatial harmony with functionality, the design invites residents and guests to experience interiors that are not only comfortable, but also inspiring. With a focus on durability and refined aesthetics, the project embraces the idea that great design should be timeless, flexible, and always open to future adaptation.
