Nevçarşı Shopping Mall

The Nevyaşam residential blocks are located in Üsküdar, one of Istanbul's oldest residential areas, where different cultures come together in harmony.

Located right next to the Üsküdar Municipality building and designed as a unified structure, the building offers direct access from the Nevçarşı section. The design connects the interior and exterior spaces, featuring social areas that are also open for use by the local community. Landscape areas, which enhance the connection with nature, are complemented by natural material choices like wood and natural stones.

Üsküdar’s historical bazaar culture, the project incorporates cafés and restaurants, stores, markets, a cinema, and an event space equipped with the latest technologies, spread across both indoor and outdoor areas. The shopping center, which also follows sustainability principles, spans a total area of 30,000 m² and has a capacity of 138 stores.
