Kandilli Residences

The project, located in the Kandilli neighborhood of Üsküdar, consists of six residential blocks. These blocks include four different apartment types: 2+1, 3+1, 4+1, and 5+1, comprising a total of 75 units. 

Situated with a partial view of the Bosphorus, the Kandilli Residence project has been designed to make the most of its scenic advantage.

The six blocks, featuring 210 indoor parking spaces, have highly transparent facades facing the Bosphorus to maximize the visual connection with the view and allow residents to fully experience it. On the solid parts of the facade, neutral colors and natural materials were chosen, aiming to create a design that is respectful to its surroundings, blends in harmoniously with the environment, and exists without being intrusive.
